Step-by-step guide

  1. Select Safety > Setup > Hazard Register. The Hazard Register Setup screen is displayed.

  2. Select [+Add] in the Risk Equipment Register pane.



  3. Enter the new risk priority in the text box and click [].

  4. Repeat Steps 2-4 for all additional risk priorities.
