Providing Dominance to Renewal Window and/ or Grace Period

As an administrator, when a user setup a recency item with Months apart feature and Renewal Window and/ or Grace Period configuration, now there is a method to configure the system to give dominance to Renewal Window and/ or Grace Period over the months apart feature, so that users can update the recency updates as per defined recency setup.

Please refer below example for more clarify.

  • As per this, the recency ‘OPC - 6 Monthly’ should be validated even the two items are not conducted within 6 months, because as per the Renewal Window, user can conduct this recency item before 30 days to the expiry date, so giving dominance to the ‘Renewal Window’ rule ideally conducting the recency item on 11/11/2022 should validate the recency item as correct.

  • If the ‘Give dominance for Renewal Window period or Grace Period’ is not ticked, no changes to the current method.
