Additional text boxes for 'Action' page.

You can enable additional 3 text boxes for actions page and customised the field names. The fields can be enabled and customised separately for safety reporting and for audits, so that you can enable the fields for safety only and not to Audit module, and vice versa.

Once enabled, the data can also be retrieved from Global Reporting module.
