Allowing User to Select Alert Type for Form Sign-offs

Under ‘Forms Options’ page, a new tab will introduced called ‘Global Settings’. In this tab, site administrator(s) will able to define in which alert type the form sign-off notifications should be shown for the sign-off personnel in ‘Login Alert’ page. By default ‘Caution’ alert type is selected.
