Flight Record Email Notification
In this version, users can send completed flight record details via an email notification. The email will be triggered once a certain pre-defined condition is met. The condition is defined in the ‘Email notifications’ tab under ‘Flight Record Setup’ page.
Users can modify the default flight record template and upload any customised flight record template. This template will be send as an attachment in the email. Users can find the default template in ‘Export Template’ tab under ‘Flight Record Setup' page. On the same page, users can upload the customised template.
Both, ‘Email notifications’ tab and ‘Export Template’ tab are controlled by Access levels, therefore only the personnel who have the relevant access level(s) (which can be found under ‘Flight Record’ access level section) will only see these tabs.
