Ability display engineering endorsements

  • It is now possible to show the engineering endorsements directly in the roster. This can be enabled/ disabled from the ‘Menu’ in the Roster page by choosing ‘Enable Engineering Endorsements’.

  • This feature provides additional context re which engineer(s) should be rostered, for the right level of coverages during the shift(s).

 

New feature – Work groups

  • You will be able to define a new sub-group within the departments called ‘Work Groups’ in the new release.

  • This feature is ideal to break large departments which have a multiple number of people and group them with the correct level of competencies to utilize the maximum resources within a shift.

  • Work groups can be defined in Rostering Setup:
