'Mark as Completed' checkboxes

In ‘Audit Setup’ page and in ‘Safety Options’ page, a new checkbox called ‘Show action completion checkboxes’ is added to enable a checkbox next to the action boxes to represent whether the action is completed or not. By default these checkboxes are disabled (in the setup pages).

Once enabled the checkboxes, those will be displayed in actions page like below.
