Ability display engineering endorsements
It is now possible to show the engineering endorsements directly in the roster. This can be enabled/ disabled from the ‘Menu’ in the Roster page by choosing ‘Enable Engineering Endorsements’.
This feature provides additional context re which engineer(s) should be rostered, for the right level of coverages during the shift(s).
New feature – Work groups
You will be able to define a new sub-group within the departments called ‘Work Groups’ in the new release.
This feature is ideal to break large departments which have a multiple number of people and group them with the correct level of competencies to utilize the maximum resources within a shift.
Work groups can be defined in Rostering Setup:
