Inconsistent Labelling of Recency Contact Roles

In 3.7.2.23 version we have renamed few of the recency contact roles as we have noticed labelling of Recency contact roles were inconsistent across the recency configuration, which has caused a great deal of confusion for some customers. Below are the changes we have done.

  • ‘Department Officers’ in ‘Recency Settings/ Roles’ tab is renamed as ‘Department Recency Officers’.

  • ‘Base Officers’ in ‘Recency Settings/ Roles’ tab is renamed as ‘Base Recency Officers’.

  • Same updated label are reflected under ‘Recency Contacts’ dropdown.
