Additional Merge Field for Email Report Template

In the ‘Report Templates’ tab in ‘Safety Options’ setup page you can create/ modify the safety report summary email template. In the new 3.7.2.26 version, you will find an additional two fields added in the Merge Fields section:

1. Description.

2. Link to Report.

These fields can be dragged and dropped into the email template body, as with the other fields. The ‘Description’ field will bring the ‘Description’ data inserted in the safety report (an optional field on the first page of a Safety Report), and ‘Link to Report’ will be a hyperlink (in the received email) where if the user clicks on the link, they will be taken directly into the lodged safety report (user needs to login to Air Maestro).
