Signing-Off Safety Reports

When the report champion / investigator concludes their investigation into the safety event, they have the option to include specific personnel in the report sign-off process. If you are required to sign-off a report, you are prompted via an email and alert in Air Maestro®.

 Step-by-step guide

  1. Select Safety → Safety Reports. The Browse Safety Reports screen is displayed.

  2. Click [ ] for the required report. The Report Details tab for the selected report is displayed.

  3. Read the report details.

  4. Select the Sign-Off tab.

     

  5. Click on your name. The Report Sign-Off dialog box is displayed.

  6. Enter your password in the Password text box.

  7. Select the approved tick box if you approve the actions taken for this safety event.

  8. Enter any comments relating to your sign-off in the Comment text box.

  9. Click [Sign-Off]. The text ‘Approved’ and today’s date is displayed next to your name in the Sign-Off Personnel pane.
