Ability to Attach 'Safety Report Export' to Send to Authority E-mail

In the new 3.7.2.27 version, you will be able to attach a customised copy of the safety report in the ‘Send to Authority’ email as a PDF or as a word document.

1. Upload the customised export template in the ‘Report Templates’ setup page.

2. When the user submits the safety report, in the ‘Submit Safety Report’ pop-up window you will see new sections called;

   1. ‘Notify Air Maestro user' for notify about the safety report to additional Air Maestro users (user’s discretion)

   2. Ability to select the attachment template (user’s discretion)

      1. If you select a template, then you can define the file format as either PDF (by default) or MS Word.

3. When the user clicks the ‘Submit’ button the recipients will get an email with the selected attachment.

Notes:

• The same functionality will exists if the safety report champion clicks the ‘Send to Authority’ button in the investigation process.

• If you haven’t uploaded a customised template, then the safety report details will be sent as a text in the e-mail.
