Document Library changes ('File Uploaded By' field)

A new column called ‘File Uploaded By’ is added to the Document History table to show which user uploads a file. This column is not updated if a different user modifies the file or adds a new document version for the existing document. However, ‘File Updated By’ field will get updated if a user replaced the existing document from a new document while revising the previous document or versioning it.

When a user clicks ‘Edit Document’ and views the document details, then clicks the ‘x' button at the top right to close the window without hitting the ‘Save’ button, ‘Last Modified by’ will not get updated (in the previous version ‘Last Modified By’ was updated even when the user clicked the ‘x' button without saving the changes).
