Removal of the "Optional" wording from the fields that are not mandatory in the PWA (App).

Until now, in the PWA (App) if a field is made optional, the ‘Optional' word is displayed after the field name. With this change, the ‘Optional’ word will be removed from fields, to maintain the consistency of the behaviour of the fields in the desktop view.

Please refer the new view without the ‘Optional’ word.
