Ability to update one recency item for multiple personnel

Administrators can now update one recency item for multiple personnel at once, given that other users also have the same recency item as either required or optional.

In the Update Recency Item popup, you will see a new dropdown called ‘Additional Personnel’ to select other personnel to update the same recency item for.
