New fields for the Action dialog box

Three new optional textboxes are introduced for Safety Reporting and Change Management in the Action creation dialog box; you may use these to provide more information within actions:

• Immediate Action

• Additional Information (1)

• Additional Information (2)

These textboxes can be found in:

• Setup → Safety → Safety Options

• Setup → Operations → Change Request → Change Options

To enable a field, simply check the box beside the label. You can also customise its default label, which will reflect in the Action dialog box, and in Global Reporting.
