3rd Party Notification in Change Requests
As a change request champion, you have the option to share a change request(s) with an external user via an email. You need to predefine the 3rd parties details (name, email address, applicable change request type) in the change request setup page. Once the email is sent, the recipient(s) will receive a similar email like below which gives a brief detail about the lodged change request.
(This is a similar functionality to ‘Send to Authority’ in Safety reporting module).
