Rest Preceding Standby Enhancement

We have created a new Rest Preceding Standby work practice rule.

Currently we already have a Rest Proceeding Standby work practice rule. The new rule (i.e: Rest Preceding Standby) will work exactly the same thing as the current ‘Rest Proceeding Standby’ rule, but the rest will be count backwards not forwards.
