Ability to Create/ Update Alerts without Forcing SMS/ Email to be Sent.

When you create an alert or add a personal to an existing alert you have the choice of selecting a notification type. This used to be a mandatory selection (refer below screenshot).

We have removed the mandatory option from this checkbox. Depending on the situation you can decide whether notification is required or not.
