System now handles Spidertracks Integration errors without crashing

Fixed an issue where the date range for retrieving Spidertracks flights was calculated incorrectly, which resulted in fewer flights being shown

Time custom field values are now converted to the local time for the user that creates the flight in Air Maestro from Spidertracks
