The current safety reporting ‘Confidential’ functionality is extended to the ‘Change Request’ module as well. Separate access level is also introduced inline with this change. Once a change report made confidential, proposer's name and contact details with some additional details will be hidden to normal users, but will only display to Champion and personnel with ‘Confidential Information’ [Change Request], access level.
