In the ‘Report Templates’ tab in ‘Safety Options’ setup page you can create/ modify the safety report summary email template. In the new 3.7.2.26 version, you will find additional two fields added in the Merge Fields section called,
Description.

These fields can drag and drop in the email template body as the other fields. The ‘Description’ field will bring the ‘Description’ data inserted in the safety report, and ‘Link to Report’ will be a hyperlink (in the received email) where if the user click on the link he will be taken directly into the lodged safety report (user need to login to Air Maestro).
