A submitter of safety reports can choose to hide their personal details
Navigate to Safety > Safety Reports and then click “Lodge new safety report”.
On this initial report tab you are able to click a checkbox labelled “Confidential”.
3. Upon submission reporter details will be hidden from those who do not have sufficient access.
