Select Operations > Roster. The Online Roster screen is displayed in a new window.
Expand [Image RemovedImage Added] the My FavoritesFavourites, Duty, Non-Duty, Standby, Leave, or Aircraft pane depending on the required shift.
Right-click in the required pane and click [Insert New Edit Shift Code]. The Insert New Edit Shift Code dialog box is displayed.
