These fields can drag and drop in the email template body as the other fields. The ‘Description’ field will bring the ‘Description’ data inserted in the safety report, and ‘Link to Report’ will be a hyperlink (in the received email) where if the user clicks click on the link he will be taken directly into the lodged safety report (user needs need to login to Air Maestro).
