The Roster Dashboard operates within a certain viewing window to show two sets of shifts: same-day shifts, and overnight shifts.
Same-day shift viewing window
On any given day where the time is between 0700 - 1859 inclusive, shifts shown are ones that:
Start or end between 0000 - 2359 inclusive on the same day.

On any given day where the time is between 1900 - 0659 inclusive (going overnight), shifts shown are ones that:
