File upload security is enhanced by enabling the Air Maestro support staff to whitelist certain file types. By default, common file types like jpg, png, jpeg, bmp, gif, docx, txt, xlsx, xls, csv, pptx, ppt, pdf are whitelisted so that users can upload these file types without any issues. If a user tries to upload another file type, Air Maestro will restrict that. If it is required to upload that file type, please contact Air Maestro Helpdesk to check whether it is possible to whitelist that file type (security conditions applies).
