Changing Font Colour of "Unallocated" and "Un-required" Role in a Task's Tooltip

We have changed the colour and style of the “unallocated” word in the tooltip of the task whenever that resource is not required.

The final colours are:

Required / Allocated = BLACK
Un-required / Unallocated = GREY and not bold
Required / Unallocated = RED
