How to lodge a Safety Report from Safety App (PWA)

Same like in Desktop Air Maestro application, you can lodge Safety Reports from the mobile app, PWA. PWA is specifically design to lodge safety reports via a mobile device, hence the investigation part need to conduct via an Air Maestro desktop application. This application can be accessed via iOS devices or Android devices. In the web browser search bar, enter you Air Maestro URL and add ‘app’ suffix at the end to access the PWA (ex: https://avinet.airmaestro.com.au/app).

These are the steps on how to lodge a safety report from PWA.

  1. Login to PWA with your username/ password and PIN. You will land on to the below home page.

     

  2. To lodge a new safety report, click ‘Create’ option by clicking the Three lines in the top lift corner.

     

  3. You will see all the safety report templates which you have access to lodge.

    • You can narrow your search options by using the filter function.

    • In order to favourite a safety report template, click on the star icon on the respective safety report tile.

     

  4. To lodge a safety report instance, click on the respective safety report tile.

    • If a field is optional, you will see the ‘Optional’ text within bracket.

    • If all the mandatory fields are completed, and if you navigate to the next or previous tab, you will see the previous tab with a Green tick, meaning all the tab validations are completed and correct.

    • If you do not fill any field and there are no mandatory fields in a tab, and if you navigate to the next or previous tab, you will see the previous tab in Grey colour.

  5. You will see the ‘Submit’ button when you navigate to the ‘Review’ tab.

  6. In PWA is online (connected to internet), then the lodged safety report will sych with the main Air Maestro database (within few milliseconds) and will provide you the safety report reference number.

  7. If PWA is offline, the submitted safety report will be queued. This report will be sych automatically with the main Air Maestro database when the PWA connected with internet on next instance (manual intervention is not required).

  8. If you wish to view the submitted safety reports (within the session), click on the Three lines on top left corner and click on the ‘Submitted’ section. This will show you all the submitted safety reports within that session.

    • If you wish to see all the previous lodged safety reports, you have to login to the Air Maestro desktop version.

    • Click on the magnifying glass to view the submitted report.

    • Expand the report and click the dustbin icon if you wish to delete the report.
