The process of creating a location can be broken into 6 main stages:
Select Operations > Locations >. The Base Register tab is displayed.
Click. The Location Details screen is displayed.
Press keyboard [Tab] button. The location is displayed on the map.
Press keyboard [Shift] button and click on the location on the map to obtain the GPS Co-ordinates. The system prompts you to save the GPS Co-ordinates.
Click [Yes] or [No]. If you click [No] you can enter the co-ordinates manually.
Select the required tick boxes corresponding with the site properties at the location.
Enter the address details for the location in the applicable fields.
Select the link corresponding with the required site property in the Location Profile pane.
Complete the required fields on the relevant site property screen.
Click
Repeat Steps 12-14 for the remaining site properties in the Location Profile pane.
