Air Maestro contains a library which allows personnel to quickly retrieve a range of company documents. Documents can include: maps, policies, procedures, forms, manuals, memos, minutes or any other information relevant to the organisation. The documents are stored in various electronic formats, including but not limited to: Portable Document Format (pdf), Microsoft Word (doc / docx) and Microsoft Excel (xls / xlsx).
Until now, Air Maestro document library can be only access from the tradition desktop application, but to honour lots of customers’ request, Avinet has now developed a mobile friendly document library partition which is embedded into our PWA (Progressive Web App). Based similarly on the documents folder tree and grid structure in the tradition desktop application, the Offline Documents module will introduce a favouriting system where Document Library administrators can set favourites for personnel via a heart icon in the native app, ensuring essential documents are readily available on the PWA with or without an internet connection.
How to Access the offline document library.
Offline Document Library can be access from PWA. PWA can be access by adding ‘app’ suffix at the end of your company Air Maestro URL. Example,
If the company Air Maestro URL is https://avinet.airmaestro.com.au/, the respective PWA URL would be https://avinet.airmaestro.com.au/app
You can login to PWA with your existing username and password.
Notes that, you should have the View access to the documents library (traditional app) to see the offline document library module in PWA.
Offline document library can be accessed by clicking the three lines symbol at the top lift corner.
