Three new additional text boxes optional textboxes are introduced in action creation box to add additional details. These text boxes can be enabled from ‘Safety Options’/ ‘Change Options’ pages and the field names can be customised.

These textboxes can be found in:
Setup → Safety → Safety Options
Setup → Operations → Change Request → Change Options
To enable a field, simply check the box beside the label. You can also customise its default label, which will reflect in the Action dialog box, and in Global Reporting.
