File upload security is enhanced by enabling the Air Maestro support Support staff to whitelist certain file types.
By default, common file types like jpg, png, jpeg, bmp, gif, docx, txt, xlsx, xls, csv, pptx, ppt, pdf are whitelisted so that users can upload these file types without any issues. If a user tries to upload another file type, Air Maestro will restrict that.
If it is required a requirement within your organisation to upload that with a file type that is not listed above, please contact Air Maestro Helpdesk to check whether it is possible to whitelist that for the file type to be whitelisted (security conditions applies).
