As an administrator, now you can schedules schedule multiple recency items at once to the same person from the ‘Schedule Recency’ page. This page is updated with in the Schedule Recency popup.
There is a new dropdown menu called labelled ‘Recency Items’, which will show a filtered list of recencies which you can schedule the selected personnel.
