Priorities can be defined in ‘Finding Priority Setup’ page in ‘Site Settings’. The same ‘Finding priority’ is available in Global Reporting module to extract data.
Additionally, inserting an action due date manually, users can defined an automatic due date, which can be defined in the ‘Overdue Action Notification Setup’ page as '‘Due Date’ will be set after X days from the action creation date.’.
